Immersion February 15th 2017

We started the immersion today with basic mindfulness. Subsequently we moved into deeper Silence and observed a body scan from that Silence which induced a deeper embodied presence.

Following that we shifted into hara presence in the most effortless way. Shifting from doing to being by applying the art of effortless intention. This is a martial art skill that can also be applied in every day and professional life: the power of relaxed focus that gives rise to concise and well defined progression that is surprisingly mild in experience while producing superior outcome compared to forceful action.

This time we arrived in a particularly profound state of hara poise which opened the gate for relating from the hara. In these exquisite moments we simply fall into the innate connectedness that pervades all living minds. From this awareness we personify ingeniously the most significant contact with the other.  This relating is beyond communication skills while it enhances ordinary and professional social contact with harmony, meaning, depth and peace.

We concluded the immersion with the art of truly SEEING.

  1. This was my first experience with Integral Presence and I have been deeply impressed and touched by the strong, beautiful and meaningful insight I could get. And again, it was my first experience of becoming fully aware of the strength, warmth and safety of my own Hara – my home. Very touching experience. There’s more to say, but what I feel like sharing as well is the “after effect”. Being back in speedy life, I still felt a strong connection with my Hara and a deep, fulfilling happiness within me, I hadn’t felt before – and it’s still there. I am grateful for this experience and looking forward to the next session.

  2. This second IP session was again Grace. The IP field supported me to allow deeper Presence. I was invited to enable a body scan from Presence (and not from my ego as before) which makes all the difference. Hara was a concept for me and at first it felt rather painfull but by staing present this pressure melted into a new experience of a gentle but concise power centre which allows me to release my stressfull ego power in my head. Allowing relating from the hara provided me a first experience of essential connection with pure intimacy. These openings imply a satisfaction and coming home in more potential to be explored and lived further… I am able to maintain the hara feeling as a new stability dimension. To be continued…
