General IP coaching protocol

  1. Embody first what you want to transmit
  2. Observe partner and register both successful aspects and areas for learning
  3. Then give positive feedback of what is success is already manifest by naming or showing it specifically*
  4. Propose (never impose) a concrete area/topic/element of evolutionary growth, naming or showing it specifically and embodying it while proposing it*
  5. Let go and observe what happens
  6. Complete the invitation for evolution with another positive feedback or an expression of trust in the evolutionary growth process and in the person’s potential to grow and evolve*
  7. Repeat

* This communication can be done verbally, through body language, mentally, by intention and/or energetically.
