March 2013 – workshop: The healing power of hands

Katty

Hello,

Here is my sharing of my experience…

Question: What was in general your experience during the workshop?

I felt in this workshop a lot of benevolence, love, a wish to stay simple and humble. I heard concepts that I knew already, but it allowed me to hear them in another way and to practice them similarly or differently.

Question: What do you think this brought to your daily life?Have you drawn a regular practice from it?

The outcome of these two days lies essentially in terms of learning to be relaxed, receptive to the ‘here and now’. After the stress, the work’s pressure (that I put on myself as well!) for some weeks, this workshop is a wonderful gift! A real return to the self!

It allowed me  to anchor (deep consciousness) a bit more, realize the necessity to give time to myself and to act for myself and to apply it more regularly, up to integrating it totally… case to follow!

Since the beginning of this week, I included the practice of tai-chi every other day.
Every morning before waking up, I breathe with consciousness and I do some exercises of start-up!

Briefly, to take care of the self as much as of others… Before and during my massage activities, I hope to reconnect even more consciously to notions of breathing, alignment, grounding, presence and acceptance.

Question: How could we even better satisfy your needs? (which and how)

Program a training during the week-ends in addition to one during the week, or in parallel (I’m talking totally selfishly!, sorry)

Question: How would you describe the content and impact of the workshop to people who don’t know this work?

This workshop is a self-discovery, a “dialogue with the self” all in harmony and by developing the ability to give care to others as well. It’s also a way to understand the body, to understand the connections between the mind and the body or the bodies, to better know the self and to form a whole…

I thank you for this beautiful weekend.
I wish you a nice Sunday and a wonderful week,
