March 2013 – workshop: The healing power of hands

Isabelle Saussez

– Question: What was in general your experience during the workshop?

First of all, I had a certain concern because we were very numerous. But then very soon I forgot about this and I felt uplifted and passionate about the content of the workshop. The pedagogy is excellent, the rhythm perfect, no time wasted and in the same time enough time to integrate with regular reminders where to place our attention and focus. I loved it!

– Question: What do you think this brought to your daily life?

Since the workshop, I pay more attention, every day, to my breathing and to my posture, in order to find myself as much as possible in a state of calm and well-being. I also try to adopt the beginner’s mind, in particular in front of new people or unexpected situations.

– Question: Have you drawn a regular practice from it?

I haven’t the occasion of practicing an energy healing on the chakras and auras yet, but soon I will.

– Question: How could we even better satisfy your needs? (which and how)

Starting the workshop Saturday morning (add a half-day) in order to be able to do more than one energy healing and/or to approach more in depth the role of chakras and the reading of auras.

– Question: How would you describe the content and impact of the workshop to people who don’t know this work?

It’s an energy therapy which combines the healing power of hands and the higher senses of perception. The therapist’s hands sense the level and the quality of the energy of the chakras and the aura of the patient which gives me information; the therapist can bring a rebalancing of chakras and auras following this information, which facilitates the patient’s healing process.

In reality, the main work of the therapist is to work on himself more than on the patient: breathing, grounding, hara, present moment. It’s in this personal work and integrity that lies the  key of the quality of an energy healing.
