My journey…
For as long as I can remember, I have always been attracted to caregiving jobs, especially those that accompany individuals in self-expression. I started out as a speech therapist, at a time when this profession was still very unknown. After a year and a half of working as a freelancer in a very small market, material pressure and the desire to start a family forced me to reorient myself towards a career in which I could make ends meet. So I started as an Office Manager.
Since my children have left the parental nest, I have been able to re-focus on what motivates me deeply and to start various training courses. In 2001, after a profound life challenge, things accelerated for me and I met the subtle dimensions. It was the beginning of a wonderful adventure…
My main training courses are detailed on my website. The last one – and not the least – is the one in Subtle Energies, hence my appearance on this page.
My personal motto …

My PI/ES/AH journey …
Another wonderful training had led me to look for a meditation teacher, so I started the meditations guided by Jan in 2010. When Jan started his school in 2012, I was ready for the starting blocks; unfortunately, various professional parameters made that I could not actually start the long-term training before 2015.
At the beginning of 2016, I took my first Aquatic Healing session with Jan; this was such a life-changing experience that I immediately asked him if he planned to give training in this field as well. I appreciate that shortly afterward he did. I registered immediately and have since followed all the modules he offers.
After my long training with Jan, I couldn’t see myself stopping on such a good path, so I decided to repeat the course and I am once again following the long-term training in Subtle Energies while investing myself a little more in some writing, proofreading and translation work.
I don’t know how many hours of meditation, training, healing given and received all this may represent, but I know what the impact on me has been: it has led me to dare to live the whole of who I am, all of my being, in all its dimensions. It has led me towards more authenticity, discernment, empathy, and tolerance; also towards an indestructible joy. Integrating IP into one’s daily life changes our relationship to the world; there is a before and an after in this formation. I think I can say that we all have ripened, like good wine…
What fascinates me about IP …
… is the work of goldsmithing that it allows. Listening to and accompanying the other, being in Integral Presence, in energetic communion with someone, is like being in the same womb – all the senses wide open to the perception of the other, instant communication, synchronized energetic breathing – to be reborn, together and individually, to something else, a better version of oneself, both more autonomous and more connected with the other.
What I offer …
I offer energy healing and psycho-energetic support sessions, on land (in the office) or in water (in a warm water pool), and at distance by Skype.
Why I offer it …
Because it fills me with joy to walk a little way with you in the mutual discovery of the infinite resources at our disposal to become who we really are, to find our full authenticity, our freedom to be, and to take care of the path that is offered to us in this life.
Because going through our shadowy areas and discovering at the same time and in all humility the qualities we have to offer the world makes us responsible beings.
