- Mindfulness is one of the three foundation of Integral Presence (IP). For beginners it creates a solid foundation to start with the basics. For advanced meditators or mindfulness practitioners, it is always useful to come back to the basics. A regular maintenance of the foundation supports depth and stability in whatever we build on top of the foundation.
- In these classes we cover body scan, essential mindfulness practice and the basic attitudes that undergird a well-grounded mindfulness development. In addition to the conventional mindfulness practice, we open the space for a natural growth into the expanded practice of Integral Presence and its benefits.
