  1. Embody first what you want to transmit
  2. Then give positive feedback of what is positive or what is done constructively already by naming or showing it specifically*
  3. Propose (not impose) a concrete area/topic/element of evolutionary growth, naming or showing it specifically and embodying it while proposing it*
  4. Complete the invitation for evolution with another positive feedback or an expression of trust in the evolutionary growth process and in the person’s potential to grow and evolve*
