Good evening Jan,
This weekend was very rewarding, it corresponded to what I could imagine… even more… subtle energies… I didn’t really have expectations… was rather curious to discover…
I learnt a lot of things and deepened others… it’s so good to Be in the ‘present moment’ and to feel this life in itself… to taste samples of subtle…
In this basic energy healing, to connect myself to Mother Earth, to the Universe and to the Divine, affects me deeply… to be just there listening and welcome the sensations of subtle energies touches me, intrigues me… a serenity, a peace progressively lives in me…
I’m trying in the daily life to be in the here and now… it’s good… I learnt in this weekend even more tools to access it deeper and deeper… I practice more often the conscious breathing… the alignment and the grounding… to feel gradually a vital strength living in me gives me a sensation of lightness, openness, belonging, communion with what surrounds me…
I look forward to continue, go further, practice… so I registered for the next workshop …
